ABOUT
I am a personable, enthusiastic, motivated trainer who enjoys the outdoors and making people smile. From first time exercisers to experienced fitness fanatics, I train all ages and abilities and offer a range of options from one on one to group sessions. I cover the fitness spectrum so I can help with fat loss, muscle gain and strength programmes.
As a qualified Boxercise instructor, I like to include boxing drills and combinations into my sessions as I truly believe both of these will greatly benefit your cardio. I think it is important to keep variety in your training as it will enhance your experience and encourage exercise adherence.
As a trainer, I am always looking to develop my knowledge and build upon my skills, I do this by keeping an eager eye on all of the latest trends. I understand the importance of adapting and I always welcome change. I constantly review my methods as I strive to meet and exceed the needs of all of my clients. Through meticulous and extensive research, I’m able to deliver in-depth programmes using the latest methodology, safely and effectively. I tailor all of my programmes to suit each individual and their specific body type. I aim to always help my clients achieve their set goals and exceed their expectations.
With a previous background in semi-professional football, personal training was a natural progression for me and it truly has become a real passion of mine. My attitude towards exercise is to make it both fun and beneficial. Although the two are not generally mutually exclusive, I feel it’s important to incorporate both to keep my clients engaged and wanting more.
I start every programme with an in-depth consultation and questionnaire with some basic assessments to determine your goals. I will then design a unique programme tailored to you, and together we can map out the route to achieve your set goals. I will provide a comprehensive nutritional plan and advice; I will guide and motivate you throughout our time together and I will constantly monitor your progress with weekly assessments. No matter what your goals are, we will work together to get the result we both set out for. We will turn your weaknesses into strengths with the only objective of improving.
